Celebrities On The Go

June 5th, 2012

Have you ever wondered how musicians and touring comedians make their hair look so good when they are constantly on the go? Obviously if they are on tour, they live on a bus so they may not have all of the necessities they normally would have to style their hair. Right before they go on stage at concerts they surely have a stylist that does their hair for them but what about in between shows; what do they do to style their hair when their stylist isn’t available?

Although it’s probably hard to believe, celebrities have just as bad hair as we do. We complain and wish we had hair just like Jessica Alba’s sexy dark locks or like Christina Aguilera’s platinum blonde waves. However, the truth is they may have even more damage than we do; shocking right? You’d think celebrities would have all the resources to have silky smooth hair. But without the help of extensions, wigs, and other artificial products, celebrities are just as guilty as us for damaging their own hair.

Can you imagine what Christina’s hair would look like right when she wakes up in the morning? After seeing her hair styled a new way on each episode of The Voice, you begin to wonder how much damage her hair actually has to it. Truth is, her locks are probably either 95 percent fake or her stylist works her magic with teasing combs, gallons of hairspray, curling or flat irons, etc. That’s why there are pictures in magazines that paparazzi have taken with celebs looking dreadful. You see these famous folk out and about doing things like getting Subway with their hair all ratty and without makeup.

When people like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan don’t have a concert or movie premiere to attend, it also means they don’t have a stylist to work with their hair either. But hey, if there’s nothing to fancy to be dressed up for, why dress up? Although maybe their hair isn’t perfectly placed with hairspray, some celebs do what we do and straighten their hair to go out in public; we all know straighteners work wonders when we’re on the go and have no time.

Try taking after your favorite Hollywood stars. It could save some texture and health in your hair if you do it every once in a while. Remember, you don’t have to look like a million bucks every time you step out of your house. Celebrities could care a less what others think of their appearance half of the time and we shouldn’t care either. Be daring and wear your hair in a sloppy bun and skip the makeup the next time you go to the grocery store.
